so heres where they are hiding
hiya all,i own a 1971 mercury montego MX,sorta the base model of the cyclone.
i`ve owned it for a year and poured money into it like water into a leaky boat. the body was good, but everything else was shot. anyone who has a clue how i can improve/upgrade or get rid of the steering system in this car, gimme a shout..it uses the same power assist system as the cougars67-70. also,a nice dash pad would be greatly appreciated. any comments on howto make this sled fly? thanx in advance, cheers from rusty new york state. |

Re: Welcome Mercury muscle car fans!
Hello, I own a 1971 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler 429cj car with factory ram air option. Mine is the "Competition Orange" with the Mercomatic trans... Really neat old car. I havent had the car very long. Any information on where to get parts like the rear filler panel, front spoiler, and interior door panels would be much appreciated! Thanks, Tony
