Oil in spark plug tubes....Why? How do I solve?

My 94 325IS started missing so I figured I would check out the plugs.
When I removed the spark generating long tubes that sink into the head, I found that 3 of them were loaded with oil. Why and what can I do?
Thanks in advance, Chuck
