Ran another 8

I was heading out to a meet I put together this past Sunday with some friends in a decent convoy. One of said friends drives an '06 RX-8, stock, but hey, its running and we all know with rotaries that in and of itself is a mod.

Anyways, we didn't really decide to run, but we got caught side by side at a light. Light went green and I just sorta rolled off, short shifting to second until we got to the end of the intersection. I think she was still in first when she jumped on it, and I was way low in second. I stood on it, and we ran neck and neck through second. She shifted before I did (damn that thing has short freaking gears), and through most of third we were still neck and neck with me pulling slowly.

By the end of third I had started pulling, and I flat shifted to fourth at about 80ish. In fourth I opened up on her, and shut it down high in fourth, just about 110. By then I had started pulling hard on her, and when I let off I was about four-five lengths on her. Just like the past few friends I've run from me Mazda days, she wants a rematch once she does a turbo 20b Swap.

Following that, we had a C6 chase us down and try to get me to run. We went from an 80 punch, and as expected, he took the hell off on me. I'm not surprised, best case scenario he has 100 hp on me, so yeah.
