LOL! I'm sorry, I bet I've confused you a bit. If you're just starting, it will be far easier for you to build the kit as the instructions tell you to. Far easier. I just get off-topic a bit too easily, it seems.

yeah i love the way the car looks and decide i would try to build a model of my car when i found out there no models for the p11 i decide to try it i think im going to have a hard time with all the decals the painting should be easy
silver 2000 when you say spary can you mean like spray paint or do you acutally use automotive paint?

I use model paint. I use mostly Tamiya, but I've used Testors in the past, too. I guess Guiddy uses automotive paint and I don't know what primera man uses.

and if i do go with model paint weres a good place to buy it in the states the dealership would screw you i think

It's different!
Automotive gives a softer, more realsitic finish, but model paint is more scale like it you use a metallic!
model paint is glossier, but a bit plasticy, where as automotive paint takes more work!
Notice the look of this EVO 6 painted using Tamiya's TS-50.

I mostly use Tamiya enamel's and the odd bottle of Humbrol.
I find using the enamel's far better then the water based paint.
The water based paint dries to quick for my liking. If you are painting a "larger" bit you will tend to "pull the paint off" if you brush back over it, making it look bad

Sleepy....have you seen the thread in here with the Primera's i done ???
