town and country 2003 not shifting into 3rd or 4th

Hi i need someone to throw me a bone (idea) changed input and output sensor, replaced solenoid pack, cam and crank sensor. Runs good code on odometer 1684 p700 still not shifting

OBD II scanner should enlighten you somewhat. Have you tested the TCM, or replaced it?

The P0700 is telling you the TCM is telling the PCM it has recorded a transmission fault code. You have to read the code using a scanner designed to read transmission codes. Any transmission shop or dealer can read it for you.
