Re: best looking rims for rsx
There are THOUSANDS of rims out there and it all depends on the following:
-price -weight -colour -spokes -style IMO Volk GT-C's probably look the best, but there are many that look good. Springs? Again, price, how much of a drop, etc come into play, although the Mugen SS or A-Spec would be good and conservative. For a cheaper alternative there is the ClubRSX/Goldline, Eibach, and a few others.

Re: best looking rims for rsx
The best looking rims would probably depend on your taste. Like Canuk said, there are thousands upon thousands of rims to choose from and it just depends on the look you're going for. I would probably get 17" lightweight chrome 5 spoke rims if I was going to change mine (sort of like the new '05 TypeS rims).
As far as lowering springs, I don't know too much about the brands, but I would probably not lower my car more than 2". But that's just my preference/opinion.

I still like the stock rims the best, but to each their own when it comes to taste/style.

Re: best looking rims for rsx
Forged rims are better than cast, they weigh less, unfortunately they are more expensive.
And the pic isn't working for whatever reason, but I think they're the 10 spoke Acura A-Spec rims, which do look pretty good and would by high quality rims made by Acura and Enkei.

They are the 10 spoke A-Spec rims. They are on the high $$ side. These are the best looking rims of what I've been looking through so far.

Browse through here for various wheels on RSXs.
http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=176028 I still wish I could afford the VOLK GT-V's though http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=291541
