fuel pump problem? 1991 S10 4. 3

hie Im having a problem with my 4x4 S10 blazer. Ive changed the vac cyl, map, egr valve. injectors, filter. The blazer starts up but wont idle. When I pump the throttle to keep gas going it will rev then act like it floods. Maybe the regulator? I have to keep tapping the pedal to stay running. Hold the pedal half way and it will rev up then die. Any suggestions? I have a fuel pressure tester but I dont know where to hoo it up at. I was told it hooks up on the rail but I didnt think the 91 throttle body had a rail. Does it? Please help

On that one it is best to test the fuel pressure at the fuel filter.
And check the fuel pressure at same time.
Look for 9/13 lbs of pressure cold and hot.
Does it have a check engine light or any codes?
Post back fuel pressure.
