is this a misfire?
with my hand on top of intake manifold this is what it feels like.....
note: all the below happens in about 6 seconds (sounds normal right here) thunk.....thunk.....thunk.....thunk..... thunk.....thunk.....thunk.....thunk..... (rpm increases) (increases) thunk.thunk.thunk.....forcefull thunk..... thunk.thunk.thunk..thunk....thunk (back to normal) thunk.....thunk.....thunk.....thunk..... please excuse the thunks, its only way i can think of to actually describe feeling, this morning i got a code (random cylinder miss) (it was alot worse then whats described above) put some engine carbon/injector cleaner through pcv valve and into gas tank and that cleared it right up? either way engine now sounds like above (much more like normal) what do you think? does engine rpm increase on a misfire? |
