have you lowered you car at all?
if you have, im gonna agree with 94civic... its probably the a-arm hitting the wheel well.

Ya, it's probably your control arm. I have a 90 Prelude Si, same thing happened to me...the passenger upper control arm actually RIPPED out of the chassis where it is secured by a 10mm bolt (I think 10), and the wheel had crazy play. I'll tell you this. The wheel CAN fall off....but by the time it gets even CLOSE you'll be waaaaaaayyyy too scared to drive the car. My wheel actually gave in and out about 4" on a light tug until I had it fixed. I was driving the car when the last of the bolt ripped away, and the wheel started knocking like it was going out of style.
Upper control arm. Take a look under the hood...you'll see where it's secured to the inside of the chassis by the bolt I'm talking about. If it's the passenger arm, look by the ECU. It's it's the driver arm, look to the right of the throttle body. Good luck. Cheap fix tho :P |

Maybe you bent your wheels? What wheels are you running? May have also damaged your tire.
