Question Lexus Es300 Tune Up

HELLO AF READERS !! this is my first posting on a forum.
I would like to change the spark plugs on my wifes Lexus ES300.
I have taken the wire and coil off cylinder #1 and the platinum plug is way at the bottom (8 inches) of the recessed spark plug opening.
I could do the front three cylinders myself but the back three up against the fire wall would be a knuckle busting chore. Has anyone tried to do this themselves and possibly any mechanical tips?
