Question about getting a job at dealer

if i wanted to apply at an dealer just for like front desk or something for starting, do i go to directly do a dealer or online or something? if you work at a dealer can you tell me how you got that job. I'm trying to get a job at a dealer front desk or something.

I've now been working as a parts specifier for Chrysler for 9 years, I began at the bottom and worked up. I began as a driver. Once you aare in the door, they don't mind moving you around the departments once they know your work tactics. Drivers are always required, its the easiest way in!
