hmm...i guess im just a little skeptical. assuming the mtx-75 has a drivetrain loss of 17.5%, that works out to be 205 fwhp (240hp). We have a guy on contour.org with a 2000 svt hp and is pretty much modded to the max without head work.

Some of his mods include: TRIPLE extrude honed upper intake manifold port matched to the an optimized LIM, optimized throttle body, msds port matched and optimized headers, under drive pulleys, tweecer fuel management, custom true dual exhaust....the list goes on. his dyno before msds headers, true dual exhaust, and tweecer was 192 fwhp.

but if you can prove me wrong and show a dyno plot and ill believe you.

it`s been a while but i`ll look, there are some out runnig paxton on there but not me there is one with tiwn turbo. all i know is there is very few cars around here. that can touch it. it`s still a fun ride. see you out there and i wil look at the other site. see you out there.

only vortech makes a sc kit for the contour/cougar. however, an eaton sc was used on cougar eliminator. twin turbos are not even remotely possible, lol! the street flight turbo kit is already a tight squeeze with a single turbo. have you even looked at the space underneath your hood?!

the svt and non svt V6 duratec engines are essentially the same. The duratec was originally designed by Porsche and Ford then took the design and "fordarized" if you will. The svt motor just got the extrude honed UIM and primary port heads, bumped compression, aggressive cams and tuning, quasi dual exhaust, etc. Yes, the svt motor is better than the non svt because of the extra 25-30 hp depending on which year. But the 3.0L duratec in the Taurus is better yet.

My kit is finished for the 2.5L V6. $4000 will get you 255FWH (Mustang dyno underload). And really not a tight sqeeze as you think. I'll post pics REAL soon. Car is getting a clutch and LSD put on right now.
