Car crash could use some help.

Hello My name is Aaron and on 11/10/15 I was in a car crash. My car went off road down a hillside taking out trees and landing upside down in a river. The towing/recovery fee was $3000. I had to get few stitches which costed $3000. Than the big one, since it ended up in river(which has endangered fish) They had call special clean up team which had to come from medford, the cost was $30,000. Since I could only could afford liability insurance the insurance company is fighting very hard not to have to pay alot of it and at this time they are only willing to cover half the cost. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have no where near that much money.
