Need help with rear head cover removal problem for 91 SSE

I'm currently replacing all the gaskets under the lower air plenum and for the two head covers on a 91 SSE. I cannot get the rear head cover off without removing or at least shifting the power steering fluid reservoir.

To make matters worse, I can't take the power steering pump off because the AC refrigerant line next to it blocks the bolt from sliding out.

I actually only need to shift the steering fluid reservoir, there is a steel clip at the top which seems to hold the reservoir in place. Anyone know if removing this clip will allow me to shift the reservoir out of the way? Also, how do you remove the clip? It's on there real tight.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Oh, and if anyone has a rear head cover for sale, I need one as I damaged the old one trying to get it out.

Thanks!
