Your Trans am and Camaro SS weighs more than the Maxima does.
Before you start called people dumb or uneducated, get your own
facts straight first, because you people comming in here are the ones
making yourselfs look dumb.

I dont know where you got your time slips from, but your car isnt
stock, running that time with an auto. Best one can do stock is
13.6 with a six speed. The six speed z-28 is faster than a automatic.
I had a red 98 six speed Z-28, and no automatic Z-28 or trans am
ever outran it.

You guys need to stop comming on here and making yourself look
dumb because you guys dont know nothing about Maximas or Altimas.

I did have both cars, the Z-28 and Maximas and now a new Altima, and
I had to sell the Z-28 seeing how everything in the interior was falling
apart, new alternator at 40,000 miles, drank gas. Yep nice,
real nice..

A car such as a new five speed Altima running 14.4 @ 100 mph
can run a stock LS1 running a 13.6 @ around 105 mph. I didnt say
it was faster, but there are times when a Z-28 or Trans am can
lose a race.

Not going to argue though, because your cars are crap, and most
people know it, that is why they do not make them anymore.

BTW, EVO's and Subaru STI's are faster than your cars.

The M6 manual comes with 3:42 stock.

A regular Z28/T/A usually has 2:73 gears stock for the auto.

The LS1 in the Vette/GTO was rated at 350 HP which is reasonably close.

It's called power to weight ration. Both cars dyno at relatively the same HP at the rear wheels. It's lighter than an f-body. Power to weight. Did you not pay attention in that class or something? What's going to go faster in the 1/4? A 3000lb car with 330 RWHP or a 3500lb car with 330 3RWHP? Gee. Let me think.

Hence why vette = quicker than f body but still has the same motor with the same ACTUAL hp.

The IRS on the Vette is harder to launch properly than a solid axle too.

Please explain the 325- 345 HP rating of the SS/WS6/Firehawk. You said there was NO RATING within 30 HP of 350.

Please explain my consistent 13.1's. Many folks run mid 13.'s and lower with stock LS1's. That sir is a fact.

Please explain the heavier GTO With the LS1 rated at 350 HP running a bit slower than an LS1 Fbody. I will. It's heavier and has IRS and smaller tires.

You are totally missinformed. It's COMMON knowledge the auto SS/WS6 is faster at the track than the M6 manual. VERY COMMON KNOWLEDGE.

EVO/STI is running exactly what my SS is running 13.1. BUT...their trap MPH is slower, why?? they have LESS hp!

The 260 Maxima weights 3400 pounds, same as an F body. You have your facts all screwed up.

Your talking about top end models. All those cars came from SLP performance not direct from the factory and you claimed that there was no difference between the regular and SS- there is . Also LS6 intake may have been used on 2001-2002 but you claimed the 2000 get them also. Stop talking sh*t man. Go make up facts to the LS1 owners I don't want to hear them
