Talking Mally with 127,000 miles

well got married last year and my wife brings with her a 97 malibu.
It has been a great car for work for me because i bought her a mini van
I too have some of the same problems others have on this site . now that i am better informed i may put them to use but one problem still baffles me is the sluggish starts when i take off from a light.I did a tune up on it but it, still slugs if I nail the gas she takes off like a rocket. I have the 4 cyl mally. It runs great otherwise but did not know if any one out there has the same problem

Clean the throttle body plate - take off the air cleahner and buy throttle body spray. Spray and wipe the plate and add a bottle of extra strength throttle body cleaner to the gas tank. After runniong it through, once you refill it, it will run better.
