New Challenger concept is too big
New 2008 Challenger to be nearly identical to concept:
tell them it is too big The new Dodge Challenger concept is 4.7 inches wider and 10.2 inches longer than the 2006 Ford Mustang. While only a concept now, the new Challenger is almost one foot longer than the new Chevrolet Camaro concept. Camaro: 110.5" Wheelbase 186.2" Length Challenger: 116.0" Wheelbase 197.8" Length I mean, it needs to be a pony car, not a muscle car. |

Re: New Challenger concept is too big
I agree and I also think the new Challenger is a bit long. However, I'd love to have one. Let's see what comes out in 2008.
In the meantime, I will be busy with the restoration of a 1970 Challenger anyway...

Re: New Challenger concept is too big
It is not too big. It is just fine. If you don't like it, don't buy it. I will buy one when it comes out. Go buy a nasty Chevy or Ford, or even worse a Toyota.

Re: New Challenger concept is too big
I disagree! I love how it kinda merges old school style with a more modern, sleek feel.
Its like a movie remake - comparing it to the original would be silly because it isn't trying to be a duplicate. This is the new Challenger, and it is different in a good way, if you ask me. 'Nuff said, take another look! http://www.newdodgechallenger.net/ |
