Question Transmission Shifts hard into reverse.

My transmission shift into reverse hard but its a rebuilt tranny that I just had put in and my question is that even with the old tranny it still shifted hard into reverse is there something I can adjust to correct that.,

i have that same excact problem with mine and my trans is almost brand new, all ive heard is that it will happen from time to time and to just deal with it but i dont know bout all that, i dont really know what to tell u but i find somethin out ill post it up
