95 prizm turn signals dont work

after my care got broken into and my deck stolen , my turn signals dont work anymore. chk the fuses already and they are good....any help will be great....

I know I'm late for this thread but when they swiped your radio, did they disconnect the hazard button?
I installed a radio in my 95 Prism and while the dash was apart I ran to the store and the signals didn't work. I reconnected the hazard button and like magic the signals reappeared.
