All the underneath i glue together with Micro Kristal Klear due to the different colour's of white and black.
Using normal glue can make one colour bleed out onto the other. MKK does not do it.
So i only use a small amount so that it is easy to pull apart if i have to. The glue can pell off after you have got it apart.
So much easier to use in this case.

Looks even better than the first pics you posted Sometimes wheel arches can be misleading

You must handle your car with kid gloves...in my experience MKK doesn't form a strong bond at all

The lowering of the front was easy as i got away with shorting the shocks and springs.
I only had to remove about 1-1.5mm to get the front right.

The rear was the same...cut the shocks down a weeee bit.
Where the rear suspension arms attach on to the underneath i managed to heat them and bend them a little so that they sat higher up into the wheel arch. This was done by heating the plastic by a candle (be very careful or you end up with a pile of melted plastic) and then molding it to fit when its still hot
