from a European point of view----the Corvette is ok, fast but not so good handling.
Chevy would probably have it except for one thing-----the GT40, not the new one, the legendary LeMans winner, so my vote goes to Ford. |

I like em both, but I would actually vote for Pontiac if it was an option...
GTO's and Trans Ams (new and old style) are so much sexier than most Camaros, and way better than all Mustangs :P -Grendel |

i think this is a very obviuos comparation.
Ford is much better that Chevrolet. Chevrolet only has the Corvette Ford has great cars as the Focus, Taurus, Mustang, all the hot SUVs, Windstar, Corwn Vic, Fiesta, all are much better that Chevy products, and that is traduced in the sales numbers

I agree w/ them ppl supportin ford.
Ford outsells GM in the world market. Ford makes a decent rally car. Ford makes decent small cars. Ford has SVT and Cosworth (well, they made cosworth, tho they may not have it anymore). Ford has history too. Chevy has the Z06, thats all.

In general I prefer GM (and inherently Chevy), but I'm really interested in the prospect of a new GT40.

GM is the worlds largest company, and has been for some time.
I think that kinda sums it all up really.

One can't exist with out the other to enthusiast. Think about it. I'd say Chevy though.

""the Pinto was not to weigh an ounce over 2,000 pounds and not cost a cent over $2,000." Any modifications even if they did provide extra safety for the customer that brought the car closer to the Iacoccas limits was rejected. " "Washington - Safety officials have opened two new investigations into the Ford Focus, this time amid complaints that its engine can suddenly stall and the front suspension can collapse. The government has begun six investigations into the subcompact this year. Tim Hurd, a spokesman for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, said Thursday that he could not recall the government's ever having as many investigations into one vehicle at the same time." I'll go with Ford I think its the better of the two, when I was little I was crazy about american muscle, and the old T birds were nice now I realy don't like any american cars, maybe I hate them. They are the worst when it comes to reliability. |
