Looks great! Good choice of wheels/colour!

Yeah, Lau baking is hard! My attempts have failed so far!
But I have learnt a lot trying, and will have another go soon!
That's the beauty of digi cam! No costs on a cock up!

What's the next project?

To be honest, my lowering job consisted of breaking the suspension numberous times while trying to place it in the correct place. I really just followed the instructions provided.

My next project will most likely be a Toyota Supra. It'll be painted Silver Metallic Graphite. I gotta find a Tamiya paint to match, tho. The Graphite is the factory color.

I don't know about the wheels yet. If I wind up making an order to HLJ I'll prolly buy some wheels. It would be a sort of X-Mas present to myself.

Here is my model again. I've touched up the above photo by "fixing" the light on my model, adding inserts to the rims (even tho I don't really like it) and fixing some of the windows. Basically I fixed my modeling errors! Enjoy!

What, no crazy graphics up the side? I like how you 'lowered' it a bit. I wish I would have done that on mine.

Oh well, I am sure I will get me another one down the road to give it a try again.

Twist, nice lookin 'Teg!!! I'm still trying to get pics of mine up . Got a question about the wheels you used. Did you paint the chromes that came with the kit gunmetal (or whatever color you used?). If so, it looks really nice.

I painted the ridiculously chrome wheels a metallic paint called "Burnt Iron." I think it came out very nicely.

Everyone, thanks for the kind comments. Guess you've pumped up my ego enough to buy and build another model! Wish me well!

I've taken a bunch of new to scale pictures and have sent them to Jay to upload into the gallery. So if you don't want to wait on the pictures get Jay to hurry up! (ducks from heavy object jay is invariably throwing for me switching the wait him.)
