Yugo GV+ 1300cc 67hp @ 6000rpm
Ferrari 550 Maranello 5474cc 484hp @ 7000rpm Subaru 360 356cc 25hp @ 5500rpm Horsepower per cubic inch: Yugo 0.85 Ferrari 1.4 360 1.19 Does anybody find it rediculous that ferrai only produces 1.4hp per cubic inch and does so at 7000rpm? Or that the Subaru 360 produces 1.19hp per cubic inch - and does so over 1000rpm slower than the Ferrari? The Yugo is just shy of making 1hp per cubic inch, and for an econo car from the 80's burdened down with tons of emissions controls that isn't very bad - now consider that the Dodge viper makes about the same per cubic inch.
