1992 B2200 hesitates erratically worse when warm

1992 B2200

It seems to hesitate or lose power worse when it has warmed up. When driving 55 down the hwy it will start hesitating and lose power. If I floor it the truck will power up fine. It may clear up after flooring it or it may continue to hesitate. I replaced the fuel filter, verified the timing, cap and rotor appear good as well as the plugs and spark plugs.
Also the it idles fast when its warmed up 1000

What would you suggest next? Carb? MAP?

thanks
