'87 CV P74 5.0L MPFI ECU Location?

I was just wondering if anyone knows where the Engine Management Computer is located on a '87 Crown Vic P74 with a 5.0L MPFI engine?The Ignition Timing Computer is bolted to the DS fender,maybe the ECU is somewhere inside the cab.If anyone knows plz help,Thanks.

The ECM is on the driver side under the dash in the cab to the left of the steering shaft. now in order to remove the ECM you have to remove the bolt under the hood in the middle of the connector on the drivers side where the wires go through the firewall to the ECM.

Thanks!I just got another identicle CV parts car and wanted to remove the ECM before it goes to the crusher,just in case i ever needed it.Thanks Again.
