neon lights

is it illegal to have green neon lights under the car and inside in the state of NC

I would assume yes. Easyest way to find out is to ask a cop. Most of the time they know what they are talking about.

Probably not illegal if you are off the road or parked in a parking lot, but driving it around with them on is probably illegal, it is here.

In NY im pretty sure you can have them on inside your car, and cant have the undercar neons on while driving.....

I know here in VA its illegal to drive with them on. And in SC u can have anything but blue. Not sure in between there.

right, in TX the only people who can have blue lights on there vehicle are emergency personnel and cops.
