Baffling Buick
Hello fellow AF members - I'm new to this forum - I found this site while trying to find answers to a problem with a coworkers 1995 Buick Roadmaster - I hope someone can give me some advice - The car runs o.k. but at times all the warning lights come on "ABS - air bag - service engine soon" when this happens the car has no power - I hooked my scanner to it and pulled about 16 different codes from the computer ;"11,12,13,14,15,16,18,19,21,22,23,24,25,26,27, 29" and 6 history codes;"38,51,70,71,77,78"
I believe that there is some sort of electical problem but I'm not sure which direction to go due to my lack of expierence with GM products - Thank you for any help you can give me |

Welcome to the forums, fordnut66. For having that many codes, I'd consider having the ECM tested. Have you cleared these codes just to have them come back again?

Re: Baffling Buick
I have spoken to my coworker today. He had taken the car to a shop last weekend because the car quit on the road and would not restart. Turns out the alternator would go bad when hot. All the times that I was able to test it, the car was cold. Thank you for your help.
