2002 Clio ELECTRIC Sunroof Leak and Immobiliser issues.

Basically I know there have been a few posts on this issue, but they all say about manual sunroof. How do I go about fixing ELECTRIC SUNROOF leak but b able to keep the sunroof active? (some have taken them out of ation and sealed them shut...bit drastic I think!). To make matters worse, my Immobiliser is being flooded from the leak and this is in turn putting the car out of action. Nothng but trouble! Please help.
