Clear turn signal lenses legal?

Hey, I found a pair of clear turn signal lenses to replace the orange ones on my camaro currently. I was wondering if they would be legal if I had an amber bulb in them.

Thanks

Off the cuff, I would say yes. Plenty of cars, including my '97 Cadillac have this set-up new from the factory.

Its illegal if the car didn't come like that from factory. But on the street, it pretty much depends on the cop once stops you and notices them.
