Drivers side control panel ( 02 Bravada)
Some times the driver side power panel doesnt seem to have any power, can't lower windows, lock doors, heat the seats, after you drive it for awhile it might start to work again. Is there a power supply to this control panel? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

sound more like a loose or dirty connection, or worse a short in the wiring. sometimes pulling everything apart and reseating the connections will fix the problem.
if that doesn't fix it you may have a short. try disconnecting the seat heaters, they are notorious for shorting out and catching the seats on fire while you sleep. |

Hmmmm wiring problem. I have now heard a few 2002 Bravada owners with the same problem. One is actually in my local dealership as we speak with the WHOLE interior on the passenger side torn out of it because NOTHING electrical is working on the passenger side of the vehicle. They are tracing all the wiring. I am really starting to believe that GM is going down hill big time on quality.
Good luck. |

Re: Drivers side control panel ( 02 Bravada)
We have the 2001 Bravada w/Smart Trak and the drivers side power/heat seat control just failed on us too. All I have been able to figure out so far is, that when I pull the power seat relay from the fuse box that is under the back seat......
the passenger side seat stops working also...but, when I operate the pass. side control with the relay pulled, the front pass. seat still makes a small click like there is a relay under there. The drivers seat is dead no matter what. So, what this tells me is that my trouble is not with the relay from the rear fuse box, and that there is at least one relay? under each front seat. I have not been able to find any other fuses or relays associated with the seat pwr/heat circuit. Does anyone know of any? phil42761 I would like to see what the solution to your problem is.
