and i have no beef with imports .. the best thing about my car is the engine. and with the mods ive done . bring me down to 14.5 as i said with full interior. sorry if i hit a nerve or something dude. im just saying this car is fast . ford and yamaha did a great job all around. and with minor tweaks you can easly improve 0.60 , im not sure what mine is . but i raced a wrx and was maybe two car lengths behind at 120mph
im just saying its a great car. peace

Re: Taurus SHO VS. Integra GSR VS. Civic Hatch ZC

at 120 is not the WRX's strong point, AWD helps traction, not top speed at all. and I personally think the SHO is isnt great all around, I mean sure it is fast, and yamaha did good with the engine I guess(never really heard how many miles you get out of them so I dont know) but I never hear the words "ford did a great job" I am in a family of imports, subies, nissans, and hondas all around pretty much, a couple of ford trucks which do good, but all 4 ford cars that have been in the family, 3 of them the tranies went out at under 110k, and the other ford was just cheap, all the plastic broke from the use of how they are supposed to be used, plus the tranny was about to go out it seemed like, TQ lockuop made the car shake SO SO VIOLENTLY, and al opur hondas/nissans have over 130k at least, some 230k, my uncles yota truck has 411k on original everything.

Yup, stop bragging about SHO, just because you own it. I've seen what an SHO can do, and wut a teg can do. Stop being a kid, and don't brag about wut you got. Sometimes you gotta admit that your car is not always better than the others. Lol

And one more thing, sorry to say that. But Taurus does look real ugly. So for the look, Integra wins all the way already. It's just the truth...Peace.

Re: Taurus SHO VS. Integra GSR VS. Civic Hatch ZC

um for you information buddy. the engine block was made by ford . its the same v6 you can find in any ranger or v6 mustang. they shipped it to yamaha and they hooked it the fuck up. the first engine yamaha sent back to ford hadf 300 hp. but ford at the time 92 .. didnt want a sedan that could outrun there 5.0 mustang. all i ahve to do is replace the cams... and bam 300 hp. and thats the stock time for an sho my has mods ... and i run a 14.5 so bite me crx boy....oh yeah whats the stock time for a crx???? 16.5 slooooowwww

Sounds to me like you just pulled that out of your a$$. Why would Ford downgrade a motor they payed a big company to upgrade for them? Proof? And we get it, you think your car is the bomb. Well good for you, all that matters is that you think it's fast and that you can beat all the ricer civics in your area. When you beat a crx with and ITR engine or a civic with a gsr/turbo then you should feel proud of yourself. Otherwise you're just another ignorant cocky domestic car driver that knows nothing about foreign cars. Move on.
