Bought a defective car..
I bought a used car recently and found to be a lemon.. many problems found from the day one and I am very much frustrated now.. can some one advise me what to do now.. how can I file a case and get back my money.

You are probably facing an uphill battle. If you bought the car "AS IS". If you have been having problems since the day of purchase, this means that you were not very thorough when you inspected the car before purchase. If you can prove that the dealer or individual who sold you the vehicle willfully withheld information as to the condition of the vehicle, you may have some recourse. If your car is a known problem vehicle, then the information was available to you before you purchased just as it is now. Pre-purchase inspection and google is your friend when buying a used vehicle. What kind of vehicle did you purchase, how many miles?
