Angry learning now

Just learning how to drive stick now, had a auto 94 tercel since i was 16, now 23, just got a 2000 audi tt 1.8 quattro, Had to get stick everyone was making fun of me b/c i'm so into cars and have an auto...
it's day 2 of my car, stalled a lot, usually when there are cars behind me and i get nervous.....but it's not as bad as i thought it would be.. whats everyone think about those new triptronic paddle shifter things? i was originally looking at one of those.

i first learned on a 85 toyota celica g-ts...the old rwd ones, the thing was fast! i wanted to learn so i bought it from a friend n taught myself how to drive it...

Maybe im just a But I learned on a dirt bike, then on an atv. So It took me like 10 minutes to figure it out on a car. It was/is a 2001 Mr2 Spyder. I was 17, and Im 18 now (soon to be 19). The only difference, is when Im on an Atv, after first gear, you just drop it, sucks like shit if you do that in a car

I learned when I was 18, didn't get a car till a month after my birthday, an '82 Celica ST. Took a while to get the hang of it, almost sideswiped a tree, but now its second nature. Now I won't get a car unless its a manual (unless it was something sooooo sweet, like an AMG or new 600 benz, like I can afford one, I just get to drive them at work.)
