95 maxima , passanger window don't go up

Passenger window goes down but it won't go up, I can hear the motor but does not go up.
Do I need to replace something?

U need new replacement motor -or- whole regulator assembly; open door panel to see. Or just order the assy (seen at bottom of pic)... rockauto.com price is 60-100$.
