Unhappy Weird noise while turning

Hi, I am new to this forum, and in I am not a car person. I drive a 2008 HHR LS.

Recently, I was having an issue with a sound going over bumps which can only be described as a CLUNK. I went to Belle Tire and they replaced Shocks/struts and the sway bars.

About two weeks after this work was done, I started noticing a sound while turning, although the clunk was gone. This sound kinda sounds like a slow drumroll on PVC pipe or some other tubing. It is a duhduhduhduh kind of sound. It also seems to be progressively getting worse, and since it did not happen until the work was done, I am just going to go with cause and effect reasoning here.

I will be going back to Belle Tire, although I would like some possibilities about what it could be so I don't get taken for the proverbial ride. They do have a year warranty on the work, so if it was an error on their part it should be free, and if it is the parts they have a lifetime warranty, so I am covered there as well.

Like I said, I am not a car person, so let me know if you need any other info, or the description of the sound was not very good, haha.
