Passenger window not work from driver side

Workin on a 1999 new Beetle.
Passenger window does not work from drivers side.
It's not the switch because I swapped switches on drivers
door panel and then drivers window doesn't work.
Passenger window does work from passengers side.
Drivin me nuts. Any ideas?

Thumbs up Re: Passenger window not work from driver side

Problem solved! After chasing wires for 2 hours, I found two broke wires in the passengers door inside the rubber boot that goes between the body and the door. Fixed the wires and Presto, window works like a charm!
