Finally picked up O2 sensor,fuel filter,oil filter,syn oil,

I got a bosch O2 sensor from autozone, for $24 universal one, havent put it on yet, maybe tomorrow, but they come with 3 month warranty wich is great, because other universal ones dont come with any period! I also trust bosch so i hope this works and my engine light will be fixed.

Also my car lags from start and assuming it has to do with the O2 sensro as well since its bad and i think it gotten worse and worse the longer i drive it with that bad O2.

Ill change the fuel filter as well, change oil, then put nismo tranny mount , change spark plugs, blah blah, put Kouki side skirts on and then my car will be pimpin and i hope it doesnt stutter and ill be happy. oh yes, dang i forgot to buy the fuel injector cleaner!! &^%$ but that too..

Fuel injector cleaner is a scam.

For when you install plugs, here's a good read Read all of the tech stuff on NGK. All good info to have.

why a scam? is there a way to clean the injectors then without the injector cleaner or only to pull them out and get them cleaned and balanced?

and thanks for that link.

Re: Finally picked up O2 sensor,fuel filter,oil filter,syn oil,

Well, I read an article in Import Tuner(omg!!!111) from RC engineering. "Any chemical that is even strong enough to properly clean your injectors would destroy your entire fuel system," And it went on to say that all of those fuel additives are scams. Can't say I'd disagree with him. You can send your injectors to RC engineering to get them cleaned. IF you were to go that route, you should pick up a set on Ebay or something and send them off to get them cleaned and flow tested. Prolly pretty cheap on Ebay. In a week or two, I could even hook you up with a set. But yours are prolly just fine as is.
