Question 84 corvette transmision

Hey guys and gals. My dip stick for my 700r4 has been swiped lost or disapeared (no clue). I have gotten a aftermarket replacement but I need a measurment of how long the original was and the full and add marking. Can anyone help????

Your best bet is to go to a junk yard and check.

You could go to a tranny shop and get one from them I am sure.

Re: 84 corvette transmision

I have one in my cellar i can check if you still need it.

The vette tranny had ten plates in it and was different than a regular 700r4

the length can be changed by the tail shaft
