Looking to Buy loaded SC Crew Cab...
... but I can't find any '03 or '04 in CA with the Premium (leather and RF stereo) package. I prefer 4x4 and either bed. The dealer I visited said there are none in CA and they don't import due to smog issues. I thought they had emissions for all 50 states?
Two dealers said they'd put in the leather. Anybody have experience with this. I'd rather buy everything factory installed. Any ideas on where to get a freakin truck? Im in the SF Bay Area, near Oakland. Thanks |

actually aftermarket leather is usually higher quality than factory leather on inexpensive cars and will usually carry a long warranty (at least as long as the factory warranty) just make sure you negotiate the price on the leather because the dealership will mark it up big time. I wouldn't pay more than 900-1000 for a good leather interior. That seems kind of odd on the emissions as I thought all of them were 50 state legal. You may just have to do with the non S/C version (that's what I have and it's fine)
