Lanos not running so well.

Hello,

I have a Daewoo Lanos 1999 manual which is feeling a bit rough these days.

Sometimes it has better days where the car feels smooth, fast and agile and then some days(becoming most I think) where the car feels tired(we are both alike I suppose), a bit slow and reving a bit hard.

I feel a constant rumble from the car when on idle, not always but very often.
When I push the clutch in the car rumbles a bit sometimes(can be any time, especially when slowing down from a highway).

I replaced the simple things like oil, oil filter, spark plugs, coolant, manual transmission oil and brake fluid.

What else should be replaced?
I've read online that the oxygen sensor should be replaced (where is this on the Lanos?).
Also one of the ignition coils is shaking a lot(far left coil), could this need replacing?
Should I get a new fuel filter?

The car has about 130000 kms on it.

Recently I got a new muffler for it(old one fell off long ago), instantly feel it is using much more fuel now
