Re: Zed Specifications... READ
I thought the 89 300zx had the inline 6 and the v6 didnt come out until 90. So is it true that all 300z cars has the v6?

Re: Zed Specifications... READ
No... unless you are referring to the '200ZR' Z31 which came with a RB20DET which was made in Japan only... we only got the VG30ET. To clear up more questions... the Z31 also came with a VG20ET, VG30E, VG30ET, the aforementioned RB20DET, and later an early version of the VG30DE (most of these engine trims were only avaible in Japan of course).

170HP... It was not that great of a popular engine... it was discontinued within three years of production (in the Z31). It was more of a base-model engine... the least powerful. The RB20DET however was only rated at 10HP more. But it was an instant classic since it was the last Z with a straight six.

Re: Zed Specifications... READ
It's says "TURBO 2000". I does look similar to the VG30 and it should... same engine family.

i still think you just found a pic of a vg30et and tried to frame it as a vg20et...

You know WTF I meant, smart-guy....
Zoom in closer and you can clearly see it's a '2' and not a '3'!
