94 isuzu rodeo trouble codes

Hi everyone I'm Mario.. first day on this site having trouble with my 1994 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2. Hopefully someone can help me? Problem is my transmission light keeps coming on I took a code reading and got multiple codes the problem is when I start the car it won't take off in drive in regular gear it moves very slow. But works good in Reverse. Trouble codes are 82,54,52,34,23,13.... any help is appreciated thank you very much. :-(

Re: 94 isuzu rodeo trouble codes

82 doesn't seem to be an OBD code (at least for Isuzu), but here is a list of codes

None of the codes relate to the transmission, but starting off slow sounds like you are in limp mode and only have 3rd gear.

Aww Man thank u so much for that code list that helps me a lot. I appreciate it but I'm still back to that problem if its in a limp mode what can usually be done to fix that if its a minor problem? Can that be taken care of by changing any type of sensors?... again thanks for your help that was cool of you thanks.

Re: 94 isuzu rodeo trouble codes

From doing further research on the subject it appears your issue lies with either the Transmission Control Module, or with one of the shift solenoids themselves.

Have you tried to "manually shift" the transmission to see if you have 1st and 2nd that way?
