2012 Mazda 6 Lock / Unlock issues

Ok So let me start to say this is my first time posting and don't laugh at me because I am not the best Knowledgeable person at fixing cars lol but I am having an issue that I'm not sure on what to do.

So, first off I have a 2.5L 2012 Mazda 6 Grand Touring...Just bought it about 5 months ago. Well, this past weekend I made a stupid mistake and left my sunroof open as a Heavy thunderstorm came rolling by and came back to Rain water all down in the back seats and floor boards. I came back to this probably hours after the storm hit so not sure what else got wet but looked mostly like the back got wet, I do think the navigation system and front is ok as everything works at the moment. I got a Wet Vac out and got out as much water as I could and let it all dry out which now it seems pretty dry. However, I have now noticed that I cannot lock / unlock the car with the Key fob, the automatic unlock sensor in the driver / passenger handles & the unlock button on the driver side door doen't work. Any suggestions on where to start to look or where to take it? I'm really hoping none of the wires got shorted out but seems like that is what happened. Thanks all!
