Edit: That's odd. I looked up a different F1 for sale in an article that had a link to mobile.de (20 million Euro for a silver road car) and it took me to 27R and it says 18 million Euro.

I think that Mobile.de's story is fake, must be. THere is no such as car than they say, 1996 3000km F1. Or at least they said some while ago. And I think #27R could be between 10-15M Euros. Possibly?

AL!! How are you?!!

I caught this, and #053 and others, a few weeks back; seeing both original white F1's in the same place was quite a special occasion, especially having missed out on seeing #053 at Salon Prive all those years back where you took those great pictures.

Glad to see its still staying in the UK - it might be out and about a fair bit more than previous

I have been fortunate to have a couple of visits to DK over the years after helping them with their F1's, but I haven't been there yet to see this one

Also, not "for sale" but sold - to a client of DK, hence why they are holding onto it.

Would still LOVE to see 053 - I also missed a chance at it when it lived briefly in SoCal. That is on the ones-that-got-away list along with 19R, and more recently 052. I think those are the only ones that have slipped from my grasp, but I am hardly in a position to complain.

I still don't get why McLaren would sell it. If they needed the money, they could surely get a loan using the car as collateral if they couldn't eventually pay it back...

Sorry to bring an old post, but can anyone re-upload that pic?

To not be completely off topic, here are some recent photos of 020:

You might be disappointed that it's just a drawing.

Not sure if it's an English/British car but #063 appears to have been sold or at least refreshed?

#063 changed hands about two years ago, but remains in Hong Kong.
