Cams
Alright, so I have the H23. I've been hearing around that cams/cam gears from other motors will fit in the H23? I want to get a pair of Stage One's by Crower, because from what I've researched, they're the only company that makes cams for the H23A1. Can I get any info on this if you have it? Thanks a lot.

Re: Cams
I used to have those exact same cams with AEM tru time cam gears. The gave me a considerable amount of power both midrange and topend, I also had the timing advanced I think about 5 degrees, I'm not to sure, but it was done when I got it tuned. After I got tired of that set up I bought Jun auto camshafts because I was trying to be "jdm" but to tell you the truth, they worked better than the crower cams with the stock timing. But the crower cams are still good.
I also was told by some guy that you could use ls camshaft to give you more power throughout you rpm's. This is what I've heard, I dont know of anyone who's done this except for that guy.

Re: Cams
AHH. Thanks you! So there was a noticeable difference in power with the stage I's?
