Ferrari Mondial T???

ok i have a friend that is buying a 1989 Ferrari Mondial T and before he buys it, i want to find out if there was any problems that he should now about? Engine specs and problems this car has is what i want to know.

240hp V8, i believe. I read a report on it in a Road and Track, the section on old sports cars to buy. You may want to check that out at your local library. If I remember correctly, the timing chain is expensive to replace on some years, but not others. But as Ferrari's go, its pretty reliable. Still, find that R&T!!!!
