Get the Pacesetter header. You don't need a performance exhaust, the stock 2.25" piping you have now is good enough.

Yes it is legal and is nice addition. It frees up some HP for your engine. Get the one from Modern Performance though.

Also which uderdrive pulley should I get from modern performance.com? MPx or unorthodox?

can I get this stuff installed by the guys at jiffylube?

If you have the money, yes you can buy them. The throttle body would be nice, but I wouldn't get that unless you do some internal engine work as well like cam, pistons and so on. The Indy intake is nice but a real pain in the ass to install and is generally for highly modified engines.

I would ask them first. A local speed shop might be more willing to do it, than a Jiffy Lube.
