SOHC Single Overhead Cam
DOHC Dual Overhead Cam (one for intake one for out) VTECH a company that puts out cheap ass cordless phones For a 95 civic (hopefully a hb if youre plannin on making it really fast) I would just go with a B18c1 Integra GS-R engine. Theyre relatively cheap and easy to find. I believe they run about 170 hp before you add anything. |

no stock honda motor can do that. Even with mods it will be hard.
SOHC-single overhead cam- one cam to control intake and exhaust valves DOHC-dual over head cam- one to control intake valve other is to control exhaust valves. VTEC-Variable Valve Timing Electronic lift Control-What it does is basically help the engine breathe a bit better on high RPMs. I'd go with either the H22 (prelude VTEC motor) or the B18C1 (integra GSR motor), the LSVTEC (B18A Ls motor). either one is a good choice. the B16A is a good motor to get power out of. they are all good motors. You can basically put a turbo on anything. Expecially when money is no object. anything else you need to know? Becca

If you're not going to build the engine internally, the LS (B18B) motor would be the best choice ...

actaully, i know two people that have high power civics, one is 350whp, and the other is 450whp. As for what they've done...man...30g's, and 50g's...unless you got big money, you can't get those big numbers
