2003 Sable surges at idle then dies

I have a 2003 Sable with the Duratec motor. It starts fine, after it warms up the idle starts to surge, then dies. I get the following codes p0401, p0402, p1400, p1401.

I replaced the Mass Air Flow, Throttle position sensor, O2 Sensor in bank 2, fuel filter.

It runs fine going down the road and if you put your foot lightly on the gas at idle.

This is driving me nuts.

p0401 and p0402: Try replacing the EGR valve...about $60.00.
