Homelink and drivers visor issue

Well I think I've stumbled across my first problem with this ride. I went to set the homelink remote door opener (which my Jeep also has), and came across a problem. It appears my driver's window visor has a lack of power issue, that, or convieniently BOTH the homelink led as well as the regular bulb on the mirror assembly are faulty.

I saw a vague reference to one fuse in the manual which refered to "visors, glovebox" and something else.. Both the something else as well as the glovebox lamps work fine, so it can't be that fuse.. Anyone have any ideas / tips / thoughts on what it might be? Thanks as always,

eR
